We try to offer the best customer service we can to our customers. We aim to respond to all orders and enquiries within 24hours.
You are welcome to visit us during our opening hours. Feel free to call or email us with any questions you may have or if you are after any particular product send us an email and we'll get back to you with availability and cost.
Orders may be done via email or over the phone, email your order to us and we'll get back to you with the cost and can send you an invoice. Payments can be sent via bank transfer, or alternatively order over the phone and pay on your credit/debit card (01252) 728270.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours when possible. Orders will be dispatch via Royal Mail 1st class signed for or via a Next Day Courier (for larger, heavier parcels). Please note all parcels will need a signiture upon delivery.
We ship worldwide however please enquire with us for the delivery cost.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase and must be un used, in its original packaging suitable for re-sale. There will be a 20% restocking fee, unless the reason for the return is a mistake on our behalf. Please enclose your customer details - name, contact phone number & reason for return. Postage costs are non refundable.
